About the event
In honor of Black History Month, you’re invited to a free community yoga flow created specifically as a space for Black people to rest, breathe, and reconnect.
This class is a gentle, heart-centered experience designed to help you slow down, release tension, and return to yourself. We’ll move through intentional stretches, grounding breathwork, and a soft flow that supports both your body and nervous system.
This offering honors our ancestors while holding space for present-day healing, joy, and softness. In a world that constantly asks us to push, this is your permission to pause.
Whether you’re new to yoga or a regular mover, this space is for you.
Come as you are. Bring your mat, your water, and your whole self.
Let this be your reminder that softness is powerful — and rest is revolutionary.
