Hi Beautiful People!! On Sunday April 20th aka 420 we will be collaborating with R&B Yoga & Marijuana Meditations to host an extra special RNB Smoke & Stretch w/ a guided sound bath and meditation happening right after. We hope you all can make it! Ticket includes 45 minute RNB yoga flow led by Lauren, 45 minute guided sound bath led by Darrien, and a j on us. Community activation/sesh will start around 1, yoga around 1:30, and the sound bath around 2:15.
Try and pay in advance but if not you can pay when you get here :) Yoga mats are first come first serve, so I would recommend bringing a mat or blanket with you just in case we run out.
