Join us for Stretch + Sound bath: Nervous System Reset — a calming, beginner-friendly experience designed to help you release tension from the body and slow down the mind.
We’ll begin with gentle stretching to unwind tight areas (hips, back, shoulders), then transition into an immersive soundbath to support deep rest, emotional release, and nervous system regulation.
This is a soft, cozy, low-pressure space — perfect if you’ve been feeling overstimulated, stressed, or needing a reset.
